By linking education with industry, Toque d’Or presents a series of unique experiences which bridge the gap between the classroom and exciting reality of industry.
Bridgend College is thrilled to be among the 24 National heat teams and will be going forward to compete during February/March for a place in the Grand Finals. Judges said “The calibre of this year’s entries was fantastic with over 50 teams taking part in the digital entry” and were thoroughly impressed by the passion and creativity, which was evident throughout all the submissions.
Judges were Charlie Miers and Nick Fenwicke-Clennell – CEOs at The Footprint Media Group, Andrej Prokes – Chef Consultant at Nestlé Professional and Beth Hooper – Nutrition Manager at Nestlé.
