The Government’s Kickstart Scheme provides funding to create new job placements for 16 to 24 year olds who are at risk of long term unemployment.
The scheme allows organisations to:
- Create an employment opportunity for individuals who are unemployed and aged 16-24
- Access 100% of the funding for a post of 25 hours per week, and for a period of 6 months
- Apply for £1,500 towards the cost of training or any other costs

As an intermediary organisation, we can support you with every part of the process. We have already successfully supported a number of organisations across a range of sectors with their applications. Our team can:
- Submit an online application on your behalf to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP)
- Advise on training opportunities to support the role you wish to recruit
- Provide the employability support required for each candidate
- Support each employer and employee throughout the 6 month placement period
