Our students take great pride in preparing and serving food to gain experience ready for industry in our onsite restaurant Bwyty 31.
Students are guided by an inspirational and professional team of staff, all of whom encourage and support them to achieve the highest standards.
At Bridgend College we are pleased to offer a fine dining experience in our restaurant. The skills our students learn such as flambéing and gueridon service, prepare them for careers in hospitality. We also encourage them to take part in Welsh and UK skills competitions.
Themed evenings take place on Thursdays during term-time which give our students an opportunity to experiment with different styles of cooking.
We change the menu daily and our students prepare all of the dishes using the freshest of ingredients which are sourced locally wherever possible.
