You will learn about aspects of health, sociology, psychology and study skills, as well as developing skills needed for progression to further study. There is also focus on English and Maths.

How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed through assignments or projects, including formal presentations. There are no formal exams, but you will have time-constrained tests and class-based activities.

Continue your studies

After successful completion, you may be able to progress to a variety of Access to Higher Education (HE) Diploma courses including Access to HE Health Care or Access to HE Social Care (Social Work / Counselling route).
