Overview & Modules

How will I be assessed?

The accredited units are a mix of classroom based activities and practical tasks.

You will be taught by qualified tutors and support staff who are employed by Bridgend College and who have undergone an Enhanced DBS check.

You will be observed whilst doing fun activities and assessed on how well you can demonstrate and perform physical skills in a range of set tasks.

You will be asked to provide photographic and written evidence and supported to put together a portfolio of your work.

You are able to access general learning support with a designated classroom support worker provided by the College. However, if you require 1-to-1 support, you will need to make your own arrangements to be supported by someone who has a current Enhanced DBS check in place; which covers both Child and Adult Workforce.
