The Mindfulness for Education Leaders Programme is endorsed by National Academy for Education Leadership (NAEL) Wales.
This course is based on the acclaimed book Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World by Prof. Mark Williams and Danny Penman and adapted to meet the unique needs of Headteachers.
Learning with peers, you will be guided in mindfulness and meditation and learn to bring greater awareness to your life and work.
The Mindfulness for Education Leaders draw on tried and tested mindfulness teaching, adapted for the unique demands faced by Education Leaders. You will learn to apply mindfulness in your life and how to embed it in your work.
