This course will include simple strategies to keep acute stress from turning into chronic stress, learning to relax, grounding oneself, building resilience, and the importance of self-compassion.

This workshop is for busy people rushing from one task to the next. This workshop is very hands-on; you will acquire a variety of immediately applicable strategies, easy to embed in your everyday life. Methods include mindfulness, NLP, CBT and self-hypnosis.

A Bridgend College certificate of attendance will be issued on successful completion of this course.
