This NVQ Level 1 Award Health and Safety qualification is aimed at those who currently work or want to work in construction.

Overview & Modules
Topics will include personal protective equipment, emergencies, accident reporting, noise, working at height and dealing with ill-health within the construction environment.
How will I be assessed?
Multiple choice question paper.
Entry requirements
An interest for working in the construction industry, but no prior knowledge is needed.
Continue your studies
Successful completion will enable you to move on to the CITB Health, Safety and Environment test. You can then apply for the Green Card which allows access to construction sites in the UK as a non-skilled worker.
