Overview & Modules
Construction is a wide-ranging profession with many disciplines in the industry. This course offers an insight into the construction industry ranging from the initial planning stage through the design and building process of housing, industrial and commercial buildings.

How will I be assessed?
The course is assessed through a combination of coursework activities (both individual and group exercises), practical work assignments and case studies. All units are assessed and graded, with an overall grade awarded for the qualification.
Entry requirements
Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths (equivalent qualifications are accepted including a Merit at Level 2).
Continue your studies
Progress to Higher Education study to enhance work opportunities as an Architect, Building Surveyor, Construction Manager, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor or any other professional or technician career pathway within the Construction sector.
