They are designed to enable you to develop the skills needed to meet the challenge of today’s dynamic and competitive work environment. There is a strong emphasis on practical skills and their application, as well as personal and professional development. The programme aims, above all, to provide a supportive and stimulating learning environment.

You will complete 370 TUT units two of which we suggest are Principles of operational leadership and management in an organisational context and Using reflective practice to inform personal and professional development. However, these can be changed if an organisation has a group of delegates.
Principles of operational leadership is concerned with assessing organisational culture, reviewing values and ethics. Additionally, a number of comprehensive tools will be introduced to analyse the market place. We will examine leadership skills and styles with critical reflection.
Using reflective practice is concerned with reviewing, analysing and improving individual management and leadership skills and competencies against objectives.

You will complete 370 TUT for the to achieve the Diploma
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is via practical work-based assignments. This ensures you take minimum time away from work and that you undertake work study which is relevant to you. However, these may be in the format of a written assignment, professional discussion and/or presentation. For businesses who require in-company training, and, candidates who choose to study long distance, please contact us to find out more.
For the remaining units on the Diploma we can discuss the units one-to-one and these can be contextualised for the learner. You will get the opportunity to discuss these with your tutor who will advise you on the best combination going forward. Learners have the flexibility to choose the units as they progress. Depending on your position at the time of progressing through the qualification you may change the combination of units to be studied.
