How will I be assessed?
Assessment is via practical work-based assignments. This ensures you take minimum time away from work and that you undertake work study which is relevant to you. However, these may be in the format of a written assignment, professional discussion and/or presentation. For businesses who require in-company training, and, candidates who choose to study long distance, please contact us to find out more.
For the remaining units on the Diploma we can discuss the units one-to-one and these can be contextualised for the learner. You will get the opportunity to discuss these with your tutor who will advise you on the best combination going forward. Learners have the flexibility to choose the units as they progress. Depending on your position at the time of progressing through the qualification you may change the combination of units to be studied.
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However, this Level 5 Management and Leadership Diploma qualification is suitable for middle and operational managers who have responsibilities for others, possibly having other team leaders, or first-line managers, reporting to them.
Note, you do not need to be in a senior managerial position in order to undertake this qualification as the units are completed as assignments based on academic research.
