Being a Leader is concerned with assessing organisational culture, reviewing values and ethics. Additionally, a number of comprehensive tools will be introduced to analyse the market place. We will examine leadership skills and styles with critical reflection.
Personal Development as a Manager and a Leader is concerned with reviewing, analysing and improving individual management and leadership skills and competencies against objectives.
