However, these can be changed if an organisation has a group of delegates.

Principles of operational leadership is concerned with assessing organisational culture, reviewing values and ethics. Additionally, a number of comprehensive tools will be introduced to analyse the market place. We will examine leadership skills and styles with critical reflection.

Using reflective practice is concerned with reviewing, analysing and improving individual management and leadership skills and competencies against objectives.

This course will be run over 2 days: 2 workshops of one day duration; after which you will receive at least two hours 1:1 contact with your assigned tutor and ongoing advice and guidance throughout the duration of this course.

You are required to complete 121 TUT to gain the certificate.

Assessment is via practical work-based assignments which ensures you take minimum time away from work and that you undertake work study which is relevant to you.

For businesses who require in-company training and candidates who choose to study long distance, please contact us to find out more. The assessments can be written assignments, professional discussion or in presentation format.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However, participants will normally be either practicing or aspiring middle managers. You will have the opportunity to meet the assessment criteria through your own experiences, and have a background that will enable you to benefit from the programme.
