This workshop will show you how to be on your own side, self-kindness, feeling competent and worthy, how to feel safe taking risks, cognitive distortions, the inner critic and the inner nurturer.

This workshop is very hands-on; you will acquire a variety of immediately applicable strategies, easy to embed in your everyday livfe. Methods used include mindfulness, NLP, CBT and self-hypnosis. This workshop is for anyone who needs to build their confidence.

A Bridgend College certificate of attendance will be issued upon successful completion of the course.
