How will I be assessed?
Assessment will be made through work-based observations and assessment of underpinning knowledge and work-based evidence.
This apprenticeship is applicable for learners working within health and social care as senior social care workers, senior support workers, day care officers, re-ablement officers and senior home care workers.
Learners must be supporting adults in roles which exercise autonomy and judgement within limited parameters
Learners must be contracted to work a minimum of 16 hours per week with their employer and they must have passed their probationary period of employment
