Diweddariad Pwysig am Ddychwelyd i’r Coleg o Ddydd Iau 6 Ionawr

Yn dilyn ein diweddariad ichi cyn gwyliau’r gaeaf, rydym yn ysgrifennu atoch i gadarnhau y bydd dysgu ar y campws yn ailgychwyn o ddydd Iau 6 Ionawr 2022, fel y cynlluniwyd.

Yr unig eithriad i hyn yw i ddysgwyr Lefel 3 a’r rheini sy’n astudio ar gwrs addysg uwch – os oes sesiynau gennych ar eich amserlen ar gyfer dydd Iau neu ddydd Gwener yr wythnos hon, byddant yn cael eu cynnal ar-lein, ond bydd eich amserlen arferol yn ailgychwyn o ddydd Llun (y 10fed).

Sicrhewch eich bod yn dilyn y camau canlynol fel y gallwn gadw pawb yn ddiogel ar y campws;

  • Cadw Pellter Cymdeithasol: ceisiwch gadw pellter cymdeithasol o 2 fetr lle bo hynny’n bosibl, a pharhewch i olchi’ch dwylo ac i ddefnyddio hylif diheintio yn rheolaidd
  • Gorchuddion Wyneb: rhaid ichi wisgo gorchudd wyneb (oni bai eich bod wedi’ch eithrio) ym mhob man dan do, gan gynnwys mewn ystafelloedd dosbarth ac ar bob dull cludiant. Helpwch ni trwy ddod â’ch gorchudd wyneb eich hun gyda chi i’r Coleg
  • Profi’n Rheolaidd: parhewch i ddefnyddio profion llif unffordd cyn dod i’r campws. Mae Llywodraeth Cymru ar hyn o bryd yn argymell ichi brofi’ch hun tair gwaith yr wythnos. Mae gan y Coleg gyflenwad da o brofion a gallwch gasglu’r rhain o’r dderbynfa ar bob campws – ond ni ddylech wneud profion ar gampysau’r Coleg

Mae’n bwysig eich bod yn parhau i roi gwybod inni os ydych yn profi’n bositif am COVID-19, trwy ddefnyddio’r ffurflen ar-lein yma: www.bridgend.ac.uk/covidnotification

Diolch am eich cefnogaeth barhaus

Important Update on Returning to College from Thursday 6th January

Following our update to you before the winter break, we are writing to confirm that campus-based learning will restart as planned from this coming Thursday, 6th January 2022.

The only exception to this is for Level 3 learners and those studying a higher education course – if you have timetabled sessions on Thursday or Friday this week, your session will be online, but your normal timetable will resume from Monday (10th).

Please ensure that you follow these steps to ensure that we can help keep everyone safe on campus;

  • Social Distancing: please try to maintain 2 metres social distancing wherever possible and continue to wash your hands and use hand sanitiser regularly
  • Face Coverings: you must wear a face covering (unless you are exempt) in all indoor spaces, including classrooms and on all transport. Please help us by bringing your own face covering to college with you
  • Regular Testing: please continue to use lateral flow devices to test before attending campus. The Welsh Government currently recommends three times per week. The college has a good supply of tests and these can be collected from reception at each campus, but you must not carry out tests on college campuses

It is important that you continue to let us know if you test positive for Coronavirus, using our online form. You can report a positive test result here: www.bridgend.ac.uk/covidnotification

You can find links and updates to frequently asked questions via our Coronavirus information page: www.bridgend.ac.uk/coronavirus
