You will complete two units which we suggest are ‘Being a Leader’ and ‘Personal Development as a Manager and a Leader’. However, these can be changed if an organisation has a group of delegates.
‘Being a Leader’ is concerned with assessing organisational culture, reviewing values and ethics. Additionally, a number of comprehensive tools will be introduced to analyse the market place. We will examine leadership skills and styles with critical reflection.
‘Personal Development as a Manager and a Leader’ is concerned with reviewing, analysing and improving individual management and leadership skills and competencies against objectives.
This course will be run over 3 days: 3 workshops of one day duration; after which you will receive at least two hours 1:1 contact with your assigned tutor and ongoing advice and guidance throughout the duration of this course.
